Submission Rules for Videos and Photos

Basic self-produced video requirements:

    • HD video quality, between 540 and 1080p, 30 frames per second.
    • Cinematic aspect ratio (16:9 preferred), in a HORIZONTAL angle (vertical angles may be result in a reduction in pay, or be rejected altogether; see below)
    • If you’re using a phone to record, please use landscape (horizontal) format.
    • MPEG, MOV, HTML5, or Flash formats accepted.
    • No editing necessary.
    • No text or watermarks added to video.
    • No graphics or filters allowed.
    • Video/image must show full body and face, with only minimal closeups, unless specifically requested by client.
    • Minimum length: 20 minutes
    • Maximum length: 40 minutes.
    • Video/image needs to be well-lit and in focus.
    • Submit to Dropbox link (provided by us)
    • A completed and signed 2257 release form is required for each date of submission.
    • No children, pets, or males allowed in videos.
    • If you’re using a cameraman to film/record, make sure that he/she doesn’t appear in the video at all (face, body, or voice).
    • Only your voice should be heard in the video.
    • No music, movies, TV shows, etc., playing in the background (this could cause major copyright issues).
  • No defecation, poop, or any kind of fecal material.
  • Remember to include 20 still photo images along with each video submission.

Note: In order to guarantee payment, the content should be delivered in full within 2-3 business days of the order date. If you are experiencing any delays in completing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Any unreasonable delays may result in loss of DropBox access, and the contract being nullified and/or awarded to another model.

Reminder: When you enter into a contract to sell videos to Madame Blue Images, we’re not just purchasing your videos and images, we’re purchasing the exclusive rights to those videos and images. While you are free to work with any company you like, and produce new content for anyone of your choosing, the specific content you sell to us stays with us. Please do not sell, distribute or publish any content that has been sold to Madame Blue Images without our express permission.

Also a reminder: We do not purchase content that has been previously published, sold, copyrighted, or produced for other entities. Attempting to sell such content to us may constitute a breach of contract and is subject to possible legal action, and/or demand for immediate repayment of any monies paid for content in breach of said contract.
